COMPOSITION:
Each Bottle Contains:
Dexame base.... 2mg. 
Excipient q.s............1ml.

CHARACTER: 
The product is colorless clear liquid.

PHARMACOLOGICAL: 
Dexame has a potent glucocorticoid activity as well as a potent anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic properties, however, at equipotent anti-inflammatory doses, is almost completely devoided of the sodium - retaining property of hydrocortisone.
The injection has a rapid onse. But short duration of action and is therefore suitable for the treatment of acute disorders reponsive to glucocorticoid therapy.

INDICATIONS:
Acetone anaemia, allergies, arthritis, bursitis, shock, and tendovaginitis in calves, cats, cattle, dogs, goats, sheep, and swin.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Unless abortion or early parturition is required, administration of Glucortin-20 during the last trimester of gestation is contra-indicated.
Administration to animals with an impaired kidney or heart function. 
Osteoporosis.

SIDE EFFECTS:
A temporary drop in milk production in lactating animals. 
Polyuria and polydypsia. 
Reduced resistance against all pathogens. 
Delayed wound healing.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
For intramuscular or intravenous administration: 
Cattle: 5-15ml. 
Calves, goats, sheep and swine: 1-2.5ml. 
Dogs: 0.25-1ml. 
Cats: 0.25ml.

WITHDRAWAL TIME:
- For meat: 3 days. 
- For milk: 1 day.

WARNING:
Keep out of reach of children.

RECOMMENDED SHELF LIFE:
3 years.

STORAGE:
Keep in cool and dry places below 25 degree.

PACKING:
50ml and 100ml per bottle.
